Resize inconsistent

Current Behavior

I have a 250GB volume, that I've resized down to 10GB. that works fine, seemingly, but looking at the physical size on the disk, the OS has not reclaimed the storage. Windows still registers this file to consume 250GB on disk. That means, when I try to resize it back to 250GB, HOSTD doesn't allow it, since it the disk space is not available - I can't tell if this is introduced via V2.2, but I have earlier been using resize heavily with out any issues. Look at the screen shots here taken after the downsize:

Expected Behavior

The downsize of the volume should be reflected in the OS, Windows, as well - Differences between size in HOSTD and in the OS must be eliminated
