Scrollbar doesn't move to top on page switch in v2

Current Behavior

When you switch between pages, scrollbar retains it's position and you end up in the same page height where it was on previous page.

Expected Behavior

Switching to new page should move the scrollbar to the top, so you always start at the top of the page. Another acceptable behavior is remember each page position.

Steps to Reproduce

1. Go to dashboard and scroll to the middle
2. go to configuration - you are in the middle. scroll to the bottom
3. go to contracts - you are at the same height as you were in the config.
