Change default registry entries to 0

Current Behavior

Currently hostd has a default of 100k registry entries, but the registry is no longer used, so it is a waste of disk space.

Expected Behavior

Initially, reduce the default to 0 entries pending all removal of the registry code.

Install hostd.
