Kernel/Jails: Configurable unveil filesystem isolation enforcement, Allow jails to not be cleaned on last detach
Depends on #16982. Still need to write proper commit messages :)
As per a discussion with @ADKaster (https://discord.com/channels/830522505605283862/830525093905170492/1099250402689568778) I should try to give some more explanation with code, demonstrations, pictures, etc, to other people so they understand how this all goes. This feature is essentially a lightweight filesystem isolation and it should be tested with core apps to prove this is useful :)
