"Removed filter metrics from SparkplugApplicationa and SparkplugNode which is validating incoming metrics with KnownMetricsStorage and not invoking the NodeBirthReceived , NodeDataReceived and NodeCommandReceived events if we pass empty metrics to start the host application and publish NBIRTH/NDATA from edge node"
