[BUG] Failing unit test `ParseFromString_OneDimensionArrayFromToString_ReturnsCorrectValues` in German Excel

The title says it all.

One of the array elements created is 252,002128362656 (in the Immediate Window), so in English it would be 252.002128362656. In StringBuilder Fragment (at least for me) unexpectedly arrives as 252002128362656,. This of course later causes CLng to fail because the number is to large.

Maybe this is related to #24?

Also here I could dig deeper ...
