What happened?

New Tab gstatic.com/generate_204 opens on chrome while running test, and url is blocked in my org within grid. Havent seen this before version 4.31.

Command used to start Selenium Grid with Docker (or Kubernetes)

deployed 4.31.0-20250414 images to openshift
