Failed to decrypt LAPSv2 Password

Open ChristianBlenk opened this issue 10 months ago • 3 comments

Hi.

All values to read passwords are set. Read the password via the mmc is ok.

LAPS-WebUI cant read encrypted passwords even if domain admins are logged in.

LAPS-Webui is running on docker in the same subnet.

Failed to fetch LAPS data for computer ***** Error: Failed to decrypt LAPSv2 Password

Image

Decrypt LAPS Password failed => Command execution failed because the underlying process (python3#520) returned a non-zero exit code (120).

Command:
python3 "/app/scripts/DecryptEncryptedLAPSPassword.py" --user "*****" --password "******" --data "****************"

You can suppress this validation by calling `WithValidation(CommandResultValidation.None)` on the command.

Hello,

I resolved the issue. The issue is dpapi-ng module not installed. You need to run this command on the cmd : python -m pip install dpapi-ng[kerberos] It's ok for me now. Excuse me for my english :/

Best regards,

Whise
