Is this package still active?

I keep trying to install this package using

 pip install django-rest-logger 

. However, this is the error my terminal is showing...

 Collecting django-rest-logger
  Could not find a version that satisfies the requirement django-rest-logger (from versions: )
No matching distribution found for django-rest-logger

I am using python3.6 . The project is very old and has not been touched for 9 months or so.
