Add ads

I'm going to add an ad to the app when you are adding locations. This operation isn't used often and shouldn't be too intrusive.

  • Add setting to disable "Developer Support" (meaning ads (and maybe support requests?))
  • Show full page ad when opening the ad (not through share)
  • Commit change to a branch so F-droid can build without ads

  1. Complete the instructions in the Google Mobile Ads SDK guide using this app ID: ca-app-pub-2168279708285885~7209254531

  2. Follow the interstitial implementation guide to integrate the SDK. You'll specify ad type and placement when you integrate the code using this ad unit ID: ca-app-pub-2168279708285885/5241566747

  3. Review the AdMob policies to ensure that your implementation complies.

Hahaha. I'm thinking a "Support the Developer" flag that enables ads. You'd only see them setting up folders and changing settings. Not when using it to save.

I use this app a lot so wouldn't do anything to negatively impact usability.

And yes master would stay FOSS for FDroid :)
