Entities extraction marked as failed

After assigning docs to a new collection and clicking on pull graphs the entities extraction is marked as failed (before it was success) for all docs in storage. Also when I clicking on extract doesn't help to resolve the issues.

I would expect the entities to not be affected by changes in collections.

Could you share the server logs for this? It would also be helpful to know if you're using a local model, Open AI model, etc.
