KG Document and Triplet extraction

Describe the bug I have ingested 20 files successfully with the workers. Then I am using the command r2r create-graph and all the workers finished with success. However, I am seeing only one document in neo4j and by manual inspection of the documents I noticed that a lot of persons entities (for instance) are missing. I.e. the final output in neo4j contains around 440 entities. Then with the enrichment it reaches around 650 entities which seems quite low. Maybe some settings in the toml file are needed
