GNNs for prediction with changes in contact patterns

Feature description

After developing our first GNNs in #850 and detecting the best architecture and hyperparameters in the grid search in #851 we want to test whether these models are suitable for prediction with one damping or multiple dampings.

• We will generate data with dampings.
• We will test our models on the new data
• We will develop models that are able to utilize information about dampings for more accirate predictions
