Add transportation nodes for ABM

In order to model mobility explicitly, transport nodes have to be introduced in ABM.

We leave this open as it is a major feature, but a precondition is that we have implemented dt < 1 hour. Changes needed for: trips, mobility rules. should be done in conjunction with a paper, as much research etc is needed.
