Define age or spatial depency for parameters

In our models, we have parameters which do not depend on age or space like seasonality or IncubationTime. Others like TestAndTraceCapacity` do not depend on age. How about introducing some parameter feature to describe whether this parameter depends on space or age (or other socioeconomic factors)?

I have not yet thought on how to implement this. I just thought that this may be an option to generalize and automatize functions such as draw_sample().
