Investigate estimation of commuters before return

Motivation / Current Behaviour

During travel, the infection states of individuals can change, making it difficult to track these transitions in ODE frameworks where populations are aggregated into compartments. Currently, we estimate their state using an addtional one step method. Implement alternatives and get more insights into the estimation process
