Let persons die from hospital (non ICU) in the ABM

Motivation / Current Behaviour

Data from many studies and publications shows that the percentage of persons dying in the hospital without being admitted to the ICU is rather high (5-30%) (see our parameter file https://syncandshare.desy.de/index.php/apps/files/files/634703651?dir=/ABM). In the current version of the model, people can only die from the ICU.

Enhancement description

This suggests that we should add the possibility of dying in the hospital (non ICU) to the ABM. Currently, we have to add much more persons to the ICU to reflect the correct number of dying persons.
