failed to connect to ARC file at adress

im trying to connect but everytime i try to connect to ARC it gives me an error i have opened smash ultimate and i have entered the correct ip adress

I would double check the steps on the readme to make sure you have the plugin installed correctly. If you're still having issues after, I'm not sure if I can really provide any additional information.
