Doesn't seem to be any graphics in the torf repo so I guess the only thing you can do is do something with the letters TORF or more simply for icon's sake, a T and F merged to look like this but of course give it your own spin.

According to Wiktionary, "torf" can mean "turf", "peat" or "crowd". So maybe the icon should be something like a bunch of people sitting in mud?

(Yes, I know nothing about graphic design.)

There might be a usable theme in there, like an icon of green turf on top of brown soil that is made to plant seeds in aka torrent seeding? I can see a colorful, simple icon coming out of that. Maybe a seed inside brown soil with a sapling coming out in the shape of a T for Torf?
