[FEATURE] <Adding white hover to "view all" button in the "core team" section>

Description

the hover on the view button is missing in the core team section. All the buttons have it except this one.

I have a strong grasp in HTML, CSS, JS and react. I'll be glad to add this small feature that enhances the user experience. Plus it'd be great for my GSSOC'24 journey!
