Bug Report: Link not opening in new tab

Reproduction steps

Upon clicking on the link shown in image under contact section it is not opening in new tab. if you think that should be done and is valid . You may assign this issue to me under hacktoberfest tag.

Expected behavior

Link should open in new tab .That will look professional

Actual Behavior

Link opening in same tab
