Bug Report: List items in Resources aren't properly placed

Reproduction steps

Enter the resources page you will find the UL list items under the web development section.

Expected behavior

I think best it should be above Web development section or be removed as some of it is repeated in the page study material.

Actual Behavior

UL list is under web development section
