Update Docs and Update Project Template to Latest .NET

The Saturn Framework Documentation website desperately needs to be updated. Both the website UI and actual documentation needs to be better. Docs need to include all latest updates on the framework and added examples to use all features of the framework with practial real world examples.

Also, the project template needs to keep up with the latest .NET (currently 8 onto 9), and please remove any old non-working generated code in the open statements.

Saturn is a solid enterprise grade framework. And the best of the bunch, in my opinion. So it deserves its docs and generated code to be up to standards.
