Revisit all the existing vulnerabilities, correct anything which is having issues

Is your feature request related to a problem? Please describe. We currently have some 10 vulnerability types but because they are written long back hence they either miss out on some functionalities like hints or better description. So this enhancement is to revisit all the types of vulnerabilities and correct everything which is incorrect.
