Reorganize UI

For example:

Clans should be their own tab not under options

Leaderboards should be their own tab not just in chat

Admin console so that they dont have to use just chat commands to do stuff

/rickroll should be much more visible so everyone is inclined to see what it does

Then at least make the tabs consistent...

One tab has craft, one has book, one has inventory, and then one has players online, options, clans, and TPS

And then the chat is a whole separate thing

this is the situation atm
