Wiki shouldn't be on Github

here are a few reasons:

• Does not support templates
• No talk pages
• More difficult to view page history
• Unorthodox wiki software
• Pages can be created with MD and MediaWiki, this is like using HTML and HAML interchangeably

also no one uses the wiki anyways :/
