I got the latest Version and reinstalled already, pleasy help
Have you done the tutorial on an android or ios device first ?
I don't know if this is a known issue, but try using a different account
i have to create a new account or can i use an already existing account ? Because my android acc is lv 25 at the moment o.O
You can use the same account you used on your android phone. You will have to do the tutorial on an android or iOS device first, since it hasn't been implemented in PoGo-UWP yet. This shouldn't be a problem if your account is level 25.
Try walking around a little bit and leaving the app open for a few minutes, sometimes the GPS needs some time before it picks up on a signal.
For pokemon to show up. You have to finish tutorial after account creation. You have to catch your first pokemon out of 3 starter ones. And you have to go and take some pokestop. This must be done on official app. We are not yet supporting these initialization actions.
@jakubsuchybio this is sooo wrong. i have a test account which never did the tutorial and im perfecly fine seeing/catching pokemon
Oh. Really? Ok. But was your account created before or after the tutorial was introduced in official app? That could be why you don't have this problem as @xErelas
The app currently allows catching pokémon without having done the tutorial. However, this is very easily detected on Niantics side, so it is really discouraged if you don't want to be banned.
long after the tutorial was introduced, tho as seelengrab said, they are being banned easily, because they miss vital data. so unless you using it as test account i wouldnt recommend it.
you dont even have a name on those account it's just your email displayed wher the name usually is.
