Checkout and Running tests in IntelliJ should pass

Some things are done only by gradle which means you can't by default use IntelliJ built in tools, you have to use Gradle for it. This is annoying, I believe it's only the generated data like the semantic model, that are not thrown in the build so lets move that to source.
