Autocomplete arguments for Exec commands

Id have to think a bit more about it but if someone has an exec for some command maybe we can autocomplete or recognize arguments somehow.

Maybe man pages or --help could help.

Even better is maybe getting it from the bash autocompletion stuff that exists.
