Please describe the nature of this feature request

• I'm interested in extensions to existing CumulusCI functionality (e.g., broader applicability of an existing Task or Flow).

Does your feature request solve a current problem? Please describe. In the event that a subset of records failed to load into the target system, the records that failed can be efficiently retried after making corrections/fixes

Describe the solution you'd like Some way to request a retry of only failed records in a particular load.
