Body deforms when uploading a shooting animation
Every time I upload a shooting animation, this happens and it's sort of bugging the crap out of me.

Also I tried many methods such as scaling it down to 2.54 and it still doesn't work

How could you Import the SEAnim files? While me, when trying to Import seems SEAnim script doesn't work
Probably because I'm using .smd right now until the new blender_cod update comes out.... Oh wait it also happens when I use xmodels as well
You're going to need to share the model name, where it came from, and what the animation name is, so that I can look into it.

So the model is called "body_complete_sp_juggernaut" and the animation is called "juggernaut_stand_idle" or you can use an animation called "exposed_shoot_burst"
Which game are they from?

Modern Warfare 2
But you can find the exposed_shoot_burst on any infinity ward game including MW2
I don't own MW2, but if you can reproduce the issue with any other title (or send me the xmodel and seanim), I can look into it.

The problem also happens in Black Ops 1 as well if you have it
I do have Black Ops, can you give me some asset names to test for that?

You can use any body models and the "exposed_shoot_burst" is also in the game or you can use any shooting animations
Juggernaut body & Animation.zip And also here if you want to test this as well
Man this is going to take awhile
It seems as though there may either be an issue with importing SEANIM_TYPE.SEANIM_TYPE_RELATIVE, or the anim may be broken. I'll have to look into this more when I get the chance, but I'm definitely able to reproduce the issue.
Will the plugin be updated from this issue?
It will, I just haven't had the chance to properly debug the issue yet.
Do you know if this issue occurs on older versions of the plugin with Blender 2.79?

Yes it still happens even with 2.79
I did some additional investigation and have determined that this is not an issue with all SEANIM_TYPE.SEANIM_TYPE_RELATIVE animations, but only certain ones. For example:
ai_zombie_attack_v6 appears to import correctly, but ai_pistol_crouch_exposed_idle does not.
So what are you going to do with the issue?
Here's some more things to look at. Also as it seems the .ASCII type model makes the animation looks worse Ghost Broken .seanim.zip
