Document Centric Approval Request - DMS not working

Hello,

I'm having problem with Document Centric Approval Request app. After starting the app call to DMS service is not working :

Request URL: https:///DocumentCentricApproval.comsapbpmDocumentCentricStartUI/~111121100547+0000~/docservice/WorkflowManagement/ Request Method: GET Status Code: 500 Internal Server Error

Response : Internal Server Error

Everything should be configured according to README.

Destination to DMS is giving 401: Unauthorized though :

I'm able to use DMS API with Postman :
