CHANGES (Work-in-progress):

• Updated @sap/approuter version to 16.6.2
• Added Dockerfile based on alpine linux base for application (srv, api, db-com)
• Added helm chart for deploying to a Kubernetes cluster where cap-operator has been installed
• Added support for automatic broker registration (during tenant provisioning) and removal (tenant off-boarding) using CustomTenantOperation feature of cap-operator

Fixes #47

PENDING:

• [x] add CustomTenantOperation for broker registration on consumer subaccount
• [x] Add Dockerfiles to replace pack build for router, api etc.
• [ ] Scaled up AppRouter with redis cache
• [ ] add documentation
