Outdated link to vanished blog post about Vocabulary Based Annotations

I found a broken link pointing to an SCN blog from 2013 - a site which does no longer exist:

A better link to SAP annotations is probably this: https://sap.github.io/odata-vocabularies

On another note, the entire page still references Netweaver etc. for Fiori Elements and UI annotations. This content is all fairly outdated and could use a complete overhaul.

I have updated the Working With UI Annotations with the link you've suggested. The changes will be visible with the 1.139 release.

However, updating the content about SAP Netweaver will require time due to the involvement of developers and architects.
