Upgrade to FAKE 5

Is there any plan to migrate to FAKE 5 (dot net core). I am right now getting warning for it. But other things are working fine. I didn't got time to look into details what is changed or what is not for latest version. But if it is in plan than I will look into it.

I guess Paket is also moving towards dotnet core. So, we can do for both together.

FAKE 5 API seems quite different from FAKE 4 API and I'm a novice so no guarantees, but I'll give it a shot.
