8BitDo - Detect controllers in xinput/dinput etc. modes, other than Switch mode

As the title suggests, I would like to be able to use my 8bitdo controllers without having to change them over to Switch mode. I use these controllers on both my PC and my Switch, so I want to relegate their Switch modes to my Switch, and thus use Xinput/Dinput/whatever other mode they allow on PC. This way I won't need to manually pair them to my PC and my Switch each time I wish to use them via DS4Windows.
