Software Stops when Profile selected
When a profile is selected, either with custom settings or default settings (using XBOX 360 or DS4 option) DS4Windows stops. Must "START" software again, or re-open. If a profile is selected for the controller to use on connection to DS4Windows, it immediately terminates connection and stops.
To Reproduce
- Delete DS4Windows Profiles
- Connect DS5 or DS4 Controller
- Go to Profiles
- Create a new profile, use either default setting.
- Go to Controllers
- Select the profile
- DS4Windows terminates connection and stops, this also turns off my DS5 controller
- START DS4Windows, via start button or Close/Open software
- Turn on Controller, Controller connects to DS4Windows, immediately terminats and stops.
- Delete the profile that it's trying to use
- Start DS4Windows again
- Turn on Controller,
- controller connects, everything is fine until a profile is selected again.
This happens after restarting, removing all bluetooth devices and reconnecting them, DS4 or DS5 controllers. This occurs whether from Bluetooth or USB connection.
Expected behavior DS4Windows not to terminate connection and stop upon profile selection rendering the software unuseable.

It likely terminates the connection on profile change in order to make sure that if it needs to put anything into a different mode that it can cleanly.
Unless I'm misunderstanding what you're saying, that doesn't explain why it terminates when it's using default settings from the preset options, DS4 or Xbox 360, and selecting that profile. Preset Options causes a crash so that if it needs to put anything into a different mode it can cleanly?
I misunderstood, I thought you meant it was just disconnecting the controller, and terminating the connection. I didn't realize you meant the program itself was also crashing.
