Ds4 not detecting my ps4 controller via bluetooth

So when i first connected my ps4 controller to my ds4 via blue tooth, it worked but after a couple of days of playing some games, i noticed that the controller was disconnecting from ds4.

so i restarted the computer, relaunched ds4, and connected the controller but the moment i left ds4 (either i clicked outside the app or minimized it) the pad is disconnected. i did some google search and found a solution that worked for a while until one day i tried connecting via Bluetooth, but ds4 doesn't see the controller.

but if i connect via USB, it works well, but the issue is why i can't us USB is that the port is not stiff anymore, so the cable can easily fall out.

please if some one can assist me. thank you

try removing the device from settings and try to re-pair again
