[ENHANCEMENT] Output Slot Selection Under Auto Profile Program

When using an auto profile, I'm requesting that the options DYNAMIC AND PERMANENT be options that can be tagged to a profile. This is so that programs without plug and play support I can use permanent for so that i can always reconnect the gamepad and I can use dynamic for programs that don't have gamepad connectivity problems. It would literally fix all program connectivity issues for every program.

Currently we can only use either or from every program but we can't specifically tell each program what to use separately.
