Return to the last assignment in the assignment page in the instructors interface

Each time I write a new problem for an assignment I have to refresh the page to see it on the assignment and the current drop-down goes back to the first assignment. It would be nice to have it go back to the last viewed one.

This issue is less about refreshing the page than it is fixing the table so that it shows the newly added question without needing a refresh.

I would like both. I would like the page to remember the last assignment I was viewing and make that the default. I would also like for a new question to show up on the assignment without refreshing the page.
