Support OpenTofu

Would be good to also support OpenTofu

This is something that I would like to see happen. Currently, this tooling relies on terraform-exec, and there is an upstream fork for tofu-exec, but it does not have dedicated engineers yet. Feel free to chime in on this thread if you would like to see this feature supported

Sadly, I don't think this will ever come to fruition. I have probed for this to be a possibility, but no luck
