"Error 1" message

When trying to play the .rvid file on my DSi, it immediately says "Start failed. Error 1" upon trying to load the file. Any suggestions?

You need to put the RocketVideoPlayer.nds file in sd:/_nds/TWiLightMenu/apps/.

...now I have another issue - it only plays up to 11 seconds of interlaced video with no sound (I put a sound.raw.pcm in the rvidFrames folder and the program did not ask for it) and almost nothing at all if left as progressive. Am I doing something wrong here?
