Must "Clear local server cache" - Android

When I use the Android App, "Chats" always show "Waiting for network..." for long time, unless "Settings / Clear local server cache" , the App show "updating..." for seconds, then can be used normally. This problem rarely appears on iOS version，but it often appears on Android App.

Version: 4.18.0.24757

Server version: 3.9.4
