Unable to deploy local app to rocket chat in windows

I am trying to deploy local app to rocket chat in windows but getting the following path related issues, though the path is correct .

i also got the same issue while uploading my rc-apps it says unexpected-error A VERY UNEXPECTED ERROR HAPPENED THAT SHOULD NOT! Packaging the app... ✖ » Error: ⟿ Language Service's Compiler Options Diagnostics contains 2 diagnostics.
