Endless Scroll / Pagination for ISlashCommandPreviewItem

It would be cool to allow endless scrolling for ISlashCommandPreviewItem that fires a callback when the scroll moves to the end of the preview pane. Maybe include a "+" or "Show More" button if the endless scroll is too hard to implement. The view would have to remember the current position, maybe pass a variable along for the current page index (0, 1, 2, 3, 4) etc. As you scroll to the right, it would fire the preview callback with the current scroll index.
