[Improvement] Add Responsiveness For Smaller Devices

Description:

The Leaderboard is not responsive for smaller screen sizes. Due to this the user experience on mobile devices is quite poor and its hard to read the content inside the leaderboard

Expected behavior:

  1. The leaderboard should be responsive.
  2. Leaderboard should be compact for smaller screens.

Actual behavior:

  1. Unresponsive Leaderboard.
  2. User has to zoom in to read text on mobile devices.
