Support DSi ROM

Currently, the only tool that supports editing DSi ROM is a DSi fork of Tinke https://github.com/MetLob/tinke/tree/DSi

It's mostly TWL headers and CRC checks, I'm really looking forward to ndspy being the second tool to support DSi ROM.

Seconding this request, I'm poking around with a DSiWare exclusive and being able to save the rom directly from ndspy would be a huge time-save.
