TwitterRebuild - Support for vxtwitter embeds

The original twitter embeds work after being rebuilt but the vxtwitter embeds don't work when the plugin is on, not sure if you can possibly add support for this in the future

Okay, this should be possible by recreating the embed. Also vxtwitter embeds always open an external video player on Discord for Android, I'm not sure why but I think it's some kind of security feature.
