Feature request: "Answer" button in context menu of questions

Right now, for questions not in the inbox, users have to navigate to the "all answers" page for a question and scroll down to the end to answer it. This is inconvenient as it navigates away from the current page (e.g. timeline), is indicated nowhere, and one has to scroll past all prior answers before answering.

Perhaps adding it in this (rather sparse) context menu on the question, with a modal for answering, would be a good addition.
