Allow to save gamelist filters, apply it when starting

We have the ability to create filters and to sort each gamelist. I think it will be a great feature an option to "Save filter as default" for each system, so when we restart ES and access this system, the saved filter is applied automatically.

This will allow to hide the BIOS or extra track game entries through their "hidden" tag, or to only show "favorites" by default for a system.

The default sorting maybe is useful to save as somene could prefer their five-star games to be on top when they enter a system.

Thank you for your efforts on this project and RetroPie itself. I started using it now on a Linux box and it's great. If nobody can dig into this maybe I can study the code a bit and send a PR when I have some time.

Or, easier, make "hide hidden games" the default, even when not in Kiosk or Kids mode.

Any movement on this? Would really like to save it so on power-up it shows 3-5 star rating games only, then you could go into filters and clear that if you wanted to see all @pjft

Just because someone has requested a feature doesn't mean it will be implemented. If someone does, the ticket will be updated. Feel free to work on it. If you want to add your support for a feature, use the emoji/reaction widget. Otherwise it just adds unnecessary posts to the ticket.
